If you have purchased a physical or digital DVD from Josh, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1:
  • If you have a physical DVD, find the 10-digit serial number on the back of the DVD case. The 10-digit serial number is printed under the barcode.
  • If you have a digital DVD, enter the 10-digit access code you received at checkout or via email.
